Collection

There is no minimum amount for collection and collections can be made at any time during our usual opening hours. 

Orders need to be made by 3pm on the day prior to collection.

From time to time we may need to make substitutions or slight adjustments to your order based on weight. We will notify you in advance of collection/delivery of your order.

If the substitution or adjustment for weight is less than you have paid then you will receive a refund for the difference, you'll also get a request to pay the difference if it is greater.

  

Local Delivery

We deliver to addresses with 5 miles of our farm shop for a flat rate of £3. A minimum of spend of £20 also applies.

Deliveries are made Monday - Friday after 1pm (excluding bank holidays) on a certain day dependant on your postcode. You can see the day we will deliver in your area at the checkout stage.

Orders for local delivery can be made up until 1pm the day before we deliver to your postcode e.g. order by 1pm on Sunday for Monday delivery. Orders placed after this deadline will be made the following week.

The delivery dates below exclude bank holidays.

  • Monday: Withyham, Hartfield,  Lye Green, Eridge
  • Tuesday: Cowden, Holtye, Chiddingstone, Blackham
  • Wednesday: Fordcombe, Penshurst, Speldhurst, Southborough, Bidborough
  • Thursday: Groombridge, Rusthall, Langton Green
  • Friday: Tunbridge Wells, Frant, Bells Yew Green

 

We reserve the right to not deliver to all locations. If you are not shown a delivery option that means that we're unable to deliver to your area.

It is a customer’s responsibility to make suitable arrangements to receive a delivery.

The time that an order is delivered on that day will vary week on week depending on traffic, weather and the number of deliveries to be made that day.

We cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss where we are unable to deliver to a customer, or deliver to a customer late, for reasons beyond our control.

Customers must inspect their goods as swiftly as possible after delivery and notify us promptly of any errors. We will refund customers for any products received that were not ordered, are faulty, have been substituted with a product that is unacceptable to the customer.
